Cost

Bolt Allen’s ethos is that we have to add value to every client we meet. This can be in several different ways. The most obvious is in reducing the cost of their current or future lending, but we can also help by assisting with documentation, liaising with professional connections (Solicitors, Accountants, Estate Agents), using our influence to speed the mortgage process along as well as reviewing our client’s position to ensure they are always in the right place.

It is difficult to put a cost on these services and thus we treat each enquiry on its own individual basis. There have been times when we have charged a nominal fee as the client had already sourced the best product for themselves and the transaction was very straight forward.

Our maximum fee is 1% of the money that we raise but our average fee is naturally lower than this.

All fees are agreed by way of a discussion with our clients and this ensures our complete independence in sourcing your loan.
