Paul having graduated from London University with a BSc (Hons) degree followed his interest into Business & Finance by joining Nationwide Building Society on an accelerated graduate development programme.
Having gained a thorough grounding in all areas from Marketing to Treasury, he chose the field route and within 18 months of joining was in charge of a 12 person operation. This was a record for the society at the time. Having enjoyed many instructive & happy years and having reached a senior executive position, he was headhunted by John Charcol to grow and develop their National expansion plans.
Having held National roles and having become a Director Paul decided to form his own specialist brokerage when Charcol sold to Bradford and Bingley. He continues to use this valuable experience gained over 20 years in running this bespoke London based specialist. Paul underlies the ethos of Bolt Allen "if you promise it, ensure that it happens."
