How we work

The Bolt Allen model is a relatively simple one. We believe in offering the best products available on the market in as efficient and amiable a manner as possible.

We are great believers in making the process of applying for a mortgage as simple as possible and attempt to fill in as much of the documentation for a client as we are legally allowed to.

Many of our clients have extremely busy lifestyles and whilst wanting a personal service, struggle to find the time available to carry out lengthy face to face meetings.

We completely understand and have tailor made our systems to allow us to complete as much of the paperwork and gather as much of the information that we need by telephone, e-mail and post. We will let you know whether we believe we can help you via a call before we ask for any documentation.

We are a fee charging organisation and these are tailored to match the requirements of each individual enquiry. We really cannot recall the last time we lost a case because our fees were too costly and feel if we do not offer value for money, clients simply won’t use us and thus ultimately not refer us on to friends and connections.

We take the importance of arranging loans for clients very seriously and have often said that “we are not prepared to raise money for you on this house if you can’t sleep when you get there because you are so worried about the cost”.

We attempt to take an asset management view of your lending requirement on the basis that a half percent saved on your mortgage is actually worth more than half a percent made on your investment, as you may have to pay tax on the latter.
